Delete your account

Effective 8 October 2026

You can delete your Willowmere Farm account yourself, inside the game. If you can no longer open the game or sign in, email us and we will delete it for you.

This page covers the Willowmere Farm Android app (com.willowmere.farm) and its web version, published by DXN Studio.

Delete it in the game

Open Willowmere Farm and tap MENU (top left, under the status bar).
Tap Delete account.
Tap it again where it reads Tap again to delete.

The account and its cloud saves are deleted straight away, and the copy of the game on that device is removed. If you saved to the cloud less than a minute earlier, the game may ask you to wait a minute and try again.

Guests and players under 13 have no account, so there is nothing to delete. Closing the game removes what little is on the device.

Ask us to delete it

If you have lost access to the game or the account, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Willowmere Farm account, from the email address of the account. We will confirm and delete it.

What is deleted

Your account: email address and password.
Your cloud saves: your game and its backup copy.
On request, any feedback reports linked to your account.

What is kept

Ordinary service logs held by Google and Cloudflare follow their own retention rules.
Feedback reports stay until you ask for them to be removed, unless we have already deleted them after acting on them.
